Paul, who carried out the survey on my boiler, arrived as booked and I had the quote within 10 minutes of him leaving the property. The quote was a very fair price - and the subsequent install (also by Paul) was carried out a week or so later. The job was completed seamlessly, and the old boiler was removed, leaving my place clean and tidy. I was also given a bit of training on the new boiler and Hive system.
